 The NEW SECTION that will be added to the west of Windsor has 74 new lots(# 401 - 474)  comparable to current Windsor lots approximately 90 ft. x 150 ft. The New Subdivision Plan from Withers & Ravenel is on display at the
model home.  Mr. Fonville stated that the plan will be reviewed by the Apex Town Council in November with the infrastructure construction beginning in
April 2005.  From that point in time, it will be several more months before the lots are actually ready to sell to the builders.  Approximately half of the lots will be offered to builders in 2005 with an average lot price of
$90,000 and average home price of $500,000.  The second half of the lots will be offered in 2006.  The new lots will be offered to Abbington Partners first:  John Leggett, Robuck, Paul Bock, Legacy formerly Witt-Banks, and
Richard Gaylord.  Mr. Fonville anticipates that all the lots will be purchased by the Abbington Partners.
