News from the Board

  • Basketball hoops etc. on Apex Streets

    Dear Neighbors,
The following was received from the Apex police department. We have requested in the past that all hoops and sports equipment not be placed on the streets of Abbington. Apparently the Town will now be enforcing this Town Ordinance. Please read and comply.

  • To all Apex Community members:

The Town of Apex would like to remind everyone that there are city codes which prohibit playing in the street. Please remove all recreation equipment from the roadways and Town right of ways. Please do not allow children to play recreation games in the streets or cul-de sac area. This is a safety reminder for all parents. Please see the attachment for the town media release as well as a description of the town right of way ( attachment pdf ).

Starting December 1, 2008 The town will begin removing any recreation equipment left on the streets or town right of way. Please forward this information to everyone you know in the City of Apex. If you have questions please send me an email with your questions.
