The Town of Apex would like to remind everyone that there are city codes which prohibit playing in the street.
Please remove all recreation equipment from the roadways and Town right of ways.
Please do not allow children to play recreation games in the streets or cul-de sac area.
This is a safety reminder for all parents.

Starting December 1, 2008 The town will begin removing any recreation equipment left on the
