All architectural change applications are now being handled by the ARB via e-mail . This has significantly shortened the time from submission to approval. Thank you to Jenny Burns in the PPM office for coordinating all the submissions. Please continue to contact PPM when you need to submit an application for an architectural change.

The following are examples of when you need ARB approval. For other situations that need approval and specific explanations, please refer to the covenants.
• The color of your home is being changed when painting.
• A deck is being added, expanded and/or enclosed.
• Adding children’s play equipment in your yard.
• Installing a fence or other structure.
• Installation/location of a satellite dish.
